Stressed women secrete more cholesterol, a hormone which is responsible for increasing the waist and hips. Eating more vegetables and fruits will help you maintain your hips and waist. Quit red meat because they increase body weight. Take vitamin E supplements because these keep body weight in check.

Truth: The seed of beauty and body is sowed in childhood. A fat baby will always grow up into a fat girl therefore you should always look after a child's diet right from when she is a baby.
Get your children to eat a lot of veggies and fruits.
Teach your kids to eat slowly.
If they are thirsty give them water and not aerated drinks.
Do not allow them to snack at any odd time, limit the number of snacks.
